109 Featherston is a proposed high rise planned for the Wellington Waterfront. It celebrates the cultural and indigenous heritage of the site by it’s folded facade patterning based on the vertical Harakeke (Flax). This project was granted consent by city council and it awaiting future tenants. My role involved preparing consenting documents, client & stakeholder meetings, design documentation, site analysis ,indesign presentation, design studies and rendering, physical modeling, 3D printing.
